Many organisations choose to organize different parts of their conference program in different spaces. SugarCity Events offer possibilities and options. The Middenfabriek and Pulppersloods, our two biggest event spaces, are ideal for plenary sessions while presentations and workshops can be organized in smaller spaces such as the Turbinehal, Binnenstraat and Bietenwasruimte.
High-quality technical support is essential for large events. We offer state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that your conference receives the best support available. For example, a 450-megabit WiFi network, power supplies, rigging and LED lighting throughout the entire building. We also have an extensive network of partners specialized in technology, lighting and audio-visual support. Of course, you’re also welcome to select your own suppliers for the organization of your event.
Your conference delegates may be travelling from all over the world. Therefore it is important that the venue is centrally located. SugarCity Events is located between Amsterdam and Haarlem, close to major roads while trainstation Halfweg-Zwanenburg is right outside our door.
